$200 Referral Bonus
My referral bonus is $200.00.
My referral bonus will only apply if I am not already in contact with the referred person. In the event that more than one person refers the same person, I will pay my referral bonus only to the first person who notifies me.
referrAL to sell
The referred property will be sold exclusively and unconditionally through me.
Such listing type is to be either a sole agency, tender or auction. Joint and general listings are excluded from my offer. The agency period must be at least 90 days long.
The word sell means any property that is listed with me as described above, and that has a Sale and Purchase Agreement written by me during the agency period, which subsequently settles.
referral to purchase
The referred person will work exclusively with me to find their next property. They must purchase unconditionally through me.
The word purchase means any property that I have written a Sale and Purchase Agreement for, and which subsequently settles.
In the case of the involvement of another real estate agent which does not conjunct with Bayleys, I will not be obliged to pay my referral bonus.
I retain the right to cancel my offer and/or make changes to any of the terms and conditions at any time without notice.
You will receive my referral bonus within 12 working days after the successful property settlement.
